Adventure Begins at Your Library
Beginning Monday, June 17thstop in any time to pick up your summer challenge sheet, win PRIZES in our weekly iSpy challenge, do the ACTIVITY of the week, and check out a book!
Complete the Summer Reading Road Trip Challenge or Pre-Reader Path to Adventure to win a book, bag, and stuffed animal!
Flea Circus and Literacy Carnival
Join us Friday, June 21 at 4 PM for the thrills, chills, and excitement of a circus on a flea-sized scale! Then stick around for our Literacy Carnival from 5-7PM to play games and earn prizes! This event was sponsored by our friends at CLF.
Poultney Sticker Safari
Stop by the library Thursday, June 27 between 4 and 6PM to pick up your safari hat, vest, and bag. Your adult will be given a sheet of stickers featuring items seen in the Library and on Main Street. Add each sticker to your collection when you find the matching item!
Movie Matinees
Watch a fun family movie on our big screen Saturdays at 11AM, June 29-July 27 (NO MOVIE JULY 13 due to Stuffed Animal Sleepover). Free snacks included.
Summer Adventure Story Time
Come for Story Time Mondays at 10AM, June 17 - July 29. Stories, songs and more.
Stuffed Animal Sleepover
Leave a furry friend at the library Friday July 12th. Come back Saturday, July 13th at 11AM for animal pick-up and delicious treats. This program, sponsored by Poultney Summer Recreation, is open to all ages.
Mr. Chris and Friends
Come out for an evening of music with Chris Dorman of the Vermont PBS Television Show. This live concert will be held on the Town Office lawn Tuesday, July 16th at 6PM, with a rain date of July 18th.
