Join Poultney Recreation for an ‘All-Levels’ Pop-Up Yoga class with Certified Yoga Teacher Carolyn Stellatella

Carolyn has been teaching yoga professionally for over 20 yrs. She currently teaches Chair Yoga at Young at Heart Senior Center. This ‘All Levels’ class will be perfect for first-timers as well as more experienced yogis. Come breathe, stretch and relax with others in your community!

• Ages: Anyone interested in Yoga (over 12 yrs. of age)
• Fee: Free
• Location: East Poultney Baptist Church on the Green

• Time: 6:30 - 7:30 pm. Arrive by 6:20 pm to get set up.

• Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one, some mats will be availale to borrow)
